Yep, they were using glide on several occasions. Hyungwon did a smooth short side glide, IM did some sorts of gliding positions in the solo, like super short, and then they had glide-based elements in the common choreo. Wish there would be more k pop choreos, based on gliding! It is not really easy to learn though, the guys are showing off with some skill:)

1:08 Minhyuk may not be labeled as a dancer but tbh the facial expressions he makes when he performs looks so charming that you wouldn't even be able to tell. He's definitely good at expressing himself through that. :') 1:40 I'M CRYING. Jooheon and his lines in that part really fit well together since he literally went hard just doing that move, haha, so cute!! XD

Mihnyuk is a FLAWLESS dancer. His moves are so elegant, he is always so fierce, light on his feet, turns beautifully, never makes a mistake, and never forgets to charge the camera. He is in it al the time - 100% committed. He understands if he doesn't have too many lines in the song, he must still be present and dance like a god to add to the overall affect. The best kind of Idol.

the last formation, with hyungwon wearing the black tshirt in the middle, it looks so freaking perfect. they are wearing such casual outfits yet they look as amazing as always. (btw don't forget to stream the song on melon, etc and the mv on yt!)

Just realized Monsta X is actually one of the only Kpop groups with no "bad" dancer. I know Shownu is considered the best dancer but to me, they all seem to be pretty much at the same level, none of them looks awkward or less comfortable than their fellow members

His dancing is totally fine for me. BTS's Jin is what I would call a bad dancer (and this is coming from a real - yet realistic - ARMY). Infinite's Sungyeol and SNSD's Tiffany are super awkward dancers too (again, I like these 2 idols, just saying). In comparison, Kihyun's dancing is fairly good imo, but okay let's say he's the "weakest" dancer in Monsta X if that can please you.

I agree that there is no bad dancer in Monsta X. Kihyun may be the weakest dancer among them all but he's still pretty good. I mean, in the "all in" dance choreography part where they do the heartbeat dance, Kihyun slayed his part. His smirk and the way he dances there is my favorite. I watched the dance practice and see if the other members do that too but only Kihyun did it so awesomely. I'm not being biased because my bias is Hyungwon xD

I actually get more of a rush from these kpop dance practices. More real, more intimate. The raw dance skills are front and center. I love hearing the short squeal of shoe soles on the hardwood floor, and of course that heavy breathing at the end. If you aren't already dead, that will finish you off nicely.

I realized what makes this and their other choreography so beautiful to me is they are so light on their feet. When I watch other dance practice videos, all you hear is stomping. But you couldn't do this very heavy footwork choreography unless you were light on your feet.

And not a single weak link or mistake was found that day afgshdjksl I watch dance practices religiously and these guys are seriously on a whole other level in terms of coordination, execution, smoothness, technique and fluidity. I also love how they constantly switch up spots so that you're not just focused on one person (center in most cases) but your attention is divided equally among them. Their choreographers need to give them more challenging choreos from now on bc they sure as shit are up for it

seriously, monsta x have one of the best choreographies and their synchronization is no joke. also, they haven't had any bad songs yet. their songs from debut until now are always nice to listen to and catchy. i don't understand how are they still being slept on.

Kyungsoup is Yummy that's honestly something I like about Monsta X They're not all skin and bones, most of them are quite fit and muscular and some are a little pudgy. They stand out in that sense and I wish Korean media would allow everyone to know it's okay to be chubbier.

Aracely Ortiz I simply mean some of them have a little bit of a tummy/arent 6pack skinny legends. Minhyuk has a little tummy and I love that for him. And certain hosts LOVE to point out how “big” jooheon is, despite that being an insecurity of his. But I love that about him even if he doesn’t love it for himself. Kihyun has a chubbier baby face and he doesn’t like it, but I love it. I’m not like... fat-shaming or something negative, I’m saying I love all of them, even the parts that they or even society doesn’t love.

they are less appreciated in korea because of their lyrics. if you are an international fan who listens only for music and dance you wont understand, but people who understand korean know that their lyrics are very repititive and boring. i hope they get a better lyrics writer or else all this talent will get wasted. right now i feel like monsta x is the most talented boy group in the scene.

I think the reason why Hyungwon is wearing a black shirt is because the formations at the beggining and in the end, since he is the center the black would contrast nicely as you can see. Anyways, the all look so good in those jeans omg
