I am a newer Monbebe....and the reason i was pulled into the fandom was Jooheon's dimples! I saw them in a video & was drawn in!! Since then I've fallen deeper into the fandom & love them all (im also heartbroken Wonho is not with the group anymore). However i 100 % stan Jooheon....Honey will always be my bias since he's the reason i am now Monbebe!! 😍😍

This right here is one of many reasons why Wonho should have never been removed from the group. He's as much a producer as he is a performer. It's largely due to him that Monsta X quickly developed a signature sound in all of their music from the beginning. He was the only member who consistently predicted the success rates of their title tracks and choreography for all of their albums and comebacks. And now his contract has been terminated because of some unproven slanderous rumors started by a woman who is a convicted felon. *Do you see the sheer absurdity in this entire fiasco, Starship??*

lol it's called belting, the less experience(or less muscles in your diaphram used to belt) the louder you end up being when you do. and if you have very little experience it's extremely hard to belt out those notes in between the lower and higher ranges without yelling and putting strain on your throat, when with experience it comes more from your stomach. I also suspect he's not really using his diaphram well, probably more just his lungs since that's what he's used to doing with rap. the vocal control to not yell and belt out notes nice-sounding comes with a looot of practice

It's called belting (2). Tbh it makes sense for someone with deep voice like Changkyun, because it generally needs more power to let out high notes, especially compared to someone technically more versatile and with vocal habit like Kihyun. Also makes sense considering Changkyun's typical vocal register when he raps. I like it tbh, it kinda pushes Changkyun's voice character. Damn I need me more rocker Changkyun aslkfjalskjf

I love watching Wonho work in the studio and tapping into his leadership skills. Wonho really shines when he's leading others. He's truly talented in so many ways and I'm glad we get to see this more often.

@@Mictlantecuhtli Shownu is good in ways he's rather unaffected by what people say and keep doing what he's doing (his stability is like a strong rock, plus if you see on clips he knows how to discipline the members to keep things moderate [when they're being wild], while Wonho are too caring in a sensitive way that his emotional side might affect the group in a dual ended sword kind of way, but that caring side is well backstage/behind cams that it ties the group and especially on producing where he's really talented at. At some point there were also a year or two when Shownu seems to doubt introducing himself as the leader which the members scold him about (I think esp Wonho), but I think they must have come to their current formation for good reasons. Like, honestly I do think Shownu is the best leader option, other members' talents & natures considered, it's not really simply because he's considered the oldest (or one of, because Wonho's age bio varies so much it's giving me headache lol)

I think Wonho’s suited to directing and Shownu’s suited to leading the group. Wonho is very in tune with other people and he’s very good emotional support, but I think because he’s very receptive to emotions, it could overwhelm him to keep up with everyone all the time. Shownu, on the other hand, might not be as active in his support role, but he’s reliable and doesn’t let things get to him. He stays calm under pressure, which makes him the most suited to resolving conflicts within the group. His steady demeanor is ideal for deescalating high-tension situations.

I don't know, that kind of shows how nice and pure he is at heart!😢 I love Wonho for who he is, for his personality!
