Minhyuk and Hyungwon were in a relationship. you can see Hyungwon in the bathtub, he drowned himself because his parents couldn't accept him being gay which made him severely depressed. But They made a potion where you can bring back the dead or heal them. Which is why you can see hyungwon hand move when him and minhyuk were holding hands in the bathtub.

Here's my theory about the bathtub scene: I think that blue potion is like drug and can also heal which is extremely rare and everyone in the Clan is addicted to it. Hyungwon drowned himself. The potion means nothing to Minhyuk now so he poured it into the bathtub then also killed himself. The lyrics say it all: ''Baby you are so beautiful, now I'm gonna have you''. It's like Minhyuk will be with Hyungwon no matter where he is, even in the heaven. Thanks to the potion Hyungwon gained consciousness but Minhyuk is now died.

(I'm not doing every little detail) The theory behind this MV: Notice the white flags in the video, the white flags symbolize surrendering. On the white flags, there are "X's" on the flags, which means they're not going to surrender. Part one: The Blue Flowers. Notice in the beginning and throughout the whole MV, that a blue flower appears multiple times. The blue flower, which is called a larkspur (or delphinium) flower, is a healing flower. During one scene, you will see the members creating a potion from the larkspur flower. Notice again that the members act a little high while making the potion. Larkspurs are toxic to humans if indigested. When Shownu comes back to the hospital bed he sets the flower on the clothes on the bed. Larkspur is a symbol to honor the heroic dead. Part two: Hyungwon and Minhyuk. While the members were in the alley, men with a book with a cross on it. The men, specifically, look at hyungwon. In this music video, Minhyuk and Hyungwon are gay and have deep affection toward each other. When hyungwon gets slapped by one of the men, the camera is pointed directly toward Minhyuk; none of the other members' reaction was put on camera. When Minhyuk goes to see Hyungwon, he has on a white mask. Hyungwon tries to push Minhyuk's hand away so he wouldn't be able to take off the mask. When Minhyuk takes off the mask, Hyungwon holds his head down in shame and embarrassment. After Minhyuk saw Hyungwon, he left the room. A few seconds after that happened, you can see Minhyuk with Wonho and Changkyun. Minhyuk is carrying gasoline in his hands to get revenge on the man that hurt Hyungwon, that's why the building was on fire. Part three: Kihyun. Even though he wasn't shown throughout the whole MV, he did something. In the MV toward the end, you can see that he's limping. He got injured during the MV, which we don't really know for sure. If you notice toward the end of the MV, Kihyun stops limping because of the potion that they made with the larkspur. Part four: Shownu. While Shownu was in the hospital with the man, he was looking at the white mask. He was thinking of how he got beaten up by Changkyun, Wonho, and Minhyuk. Jooheon comes to Shownu with a black bag. Notice that Shownu grabs something out of the bag, but isn't abe to be seen; it was a gun. The only reason why Jooheon and Shownu robbed the store, was so that Shownu could pay the man's hospital bills. Once Shownu gets back to the hospital, he notices that the man is gone, so he burns the money; now seeing that it was useless. Part five: Individual shots. If you go back to see their individual shots, you can see that Changkyun, Wonho and Kihyun's eyes are open and that the image is clear, which means that they committed a crime. In Jooheon and Shownu's shot, it's kind of blurry, which means they are guilty of what they did. In Hyungwon and Minhyuk's shots, their eyes are closed, which means that the potion has taken over their bodies and they cannot feel any senses, but they're healed. Also, when the members are running, you can see the horror in Wonho's and Minhyuk's faces, what they were running from was inhuman; it was the blob. LAST PART: The purple blob. At the end of the MV, the members come up to see a big, purple blob in the sky. If you notice the members’ reaction to the blob, all of the members are kind of confused by the blob. Kihyun is smiling at the creation that was made and is happy about it. This took a while to type, so I hope this is the right theory about the mv 😁. Instagram: Kevin_.bey

I’m _still_ not over the fact that they said “gay rights” with their whole chests. I played All In to death, so it’s not really my favorite MX song anymore, but the storyline is still one of my all time favorites and I don’t think that’ll ever change. There’s just so much good stuff about this storyline. My jaw drops every time I see Minhyuk figure out Hyungwon’s being hurt, I cheer every time I see him set Hyungwon’s dad’s office on fire, I cry every time Minhyuk finds Hyungwon and they just Romeo and Juliet. They have always been ahead of their time and if this was released now, it would _soar_ in popularity.

I don't care what anyone says or how many people have forgetten this song exists, it's one of the best concept MVs even today, it's got a beautiful storyline, it's unique, the song itself is catchy, this was a bold choice for a title track and should be regarded as one of K-pop's masterpieces

Everything is always too early. SHINee’s song ‘VIEW’ the deep house genre was too early for Korea to enjoy but someone has to step up and make the change. It does not matter if they are early there is no such thing. As long as someone starts it and awareness grows that’s all that matters. Monsta X came to be a part of that change and that’s what matters.

everyone be talking about who they ship the amount of views who be looking fine af and fanwars while I'm here in awe that the MV starkly resembles how our society imposes strict rules and discourages us from thinking too far and transcending boundaries. The blue flower are called Delphinium I think- “Delphinium meanings include openness to new experiences and overall positivity. These beautiful blue flowers evoke feelings of joy, warmth and fun. Delphiniums are the perfect flower to gift someone who may be feeling down on life, and to encourage them to broaden their horizons in order to try out new experiences.”-Google I just put this out if anyone was curious of what the blue flower where and what they meant.

OKAY UM I will try to get this right for you but this is only MY version The first scene shows monsta x running in the middle of a war, why? Because they are wearing military suits and carrying weapons Minhyuk feeds Hyungwon a blue flower, I assume hyungwon was wounded and the flower heals him This scene is probably supposed to be present but the rest is the past So the past starts as the song starts where jooheon and Hyungwon stops two police men from hurting the men who are selling shoes Hyungwon sticks a blue flower in one of the police men's gun This signature internationally means "peace" or "do not shoot" The place that the story revolves around, as I said before, is controlled by the police and military in a threatening way and I somehow connect it to iraq or syria The next thing that happens is that Hyungwon gets slapped by a man and many people are saying it's supposed to be his father who is the leader of a religious cult as we can see him carrying a bible The reason he gets slapped, in my opinion can unfold in two different ways Either that he slapped him for standing up against the police men OR being together with minhyuk as you can see minhyuk sitting beside hyungwon in the scene In many religions, especially in the middle east culture but also christianity, homosexuality is a sin or even mental disease which can be punished with death I'm guessing that when minhyuk later found hyungwon and took off the white mask he was wearing, revealing his wounds, the wounds were caused by his father who beat him up for his relation with minhyuk but as I said, it could be because they rebelled against the police Minhyuk and two other men then sets fire onto a religious building (we can tell from the burning cross) where hyungwon's father probably is, this is to kill hyungwons father so that he cannot hurt hyungwon anymore It sounds extreme but if you listen to the lyrics which are very obsessive such as "I'll do anything for you, all in" and we assume that hyungwon and minhyuk in fact are a couple or at least in love in the story, it does makes sense However, when minhyuk returns to hyungwon, he has drowned himself probably because of his relation to both his father and minhyuk Minhyuk then pours a blue liquid which is most certainly made of the healing flowers which jooheon and the rest made in a witch like ritual Minhyuk lays down in the bathtub together with hyungwon, waiting for the flowers to maybe bring hyungwon back but we don't know if minhyuk gives his life to hyungwon, dies with him or if both of them survives That is where minhyuk and hyungwon's story ends in All In but it continues in Fighter The first scene in Fighter shows both of them in a mental hospital, you can tell from the type of shirts they are wearing I think that someone must've found them in the bathtub and taken them there as homosexuality, just as I said before, is considered a mental disease in these countries which I connect the story with However, that's the last thing we see from that storyline The Clan does contain two pararell stories though, the other one revolves around Shownu and Jooheon In All In, Shownu is shown together with a sick man who I assume is his father, he can't pay for medicine for him so he and jooheon robs a bank both on money and blue flowers When they come back, the father has already died due to the neatly folded clothes laid on the hospital bed When shownu realizes it's too late, he sets fire on all the money and flowers in grief The story continues in Fighter, the reason why Shownu is in prison is probably because he robbed the store or bank, meanwhile, Wonho is building this weird machine My guess is that it's a time machine to turn back the time to prevent all of this misery but the time machine can only work by using blue flowers It also looks like kihyun broke into a police office and killed a police man whoms body he's dragging in that one scene, you can tell it's a body because it leaves blood behind it Why? Because the office has a room filled with blue flowers that they need, that is the room kihyun discovers I actually do not really know what role I.M plays in this mess because I cannot tell what all those teddy bears means but he's clearly involved as he seems to fill an important role. What I think is that I.M was not strong enough to help BUT he WANTS to be courageous enough to do so which is why he sits with teddy bears. Bears symbolises strenght and courage. In Beautiful, I.M's sign is greed which can be connected to Fighter since he was greedy by wanting to posses power he did not own. Hyungwon's item and room in beautiful are mirrors. He has to reflect upon his choices and maybe sexuality (?) Minhyuk's item is a watch since he regrets how he was too late to save hyungwon. Kihyun's item is a hammer which expresses rage. Rage against the regime which made him kill. Shownu's item is a bottle with blue liquid. He has to give back the power he took from the blue flowers and tgerefore he pours the liquid over the caged white flowers to give back what he took. Wonho's item is an ink pencil. While Jooheon seems to be the neutral ringleader, Wonho seems to be the leader who is clearly there for good intentions. The letters that he locks into the bank can be missions handed out for the clan. Lastly, Jooheon is the one locking Monsta X in. He do this to make them reflect on their past mistakes to become better people. Monsta X finally escapes the rooms after accepting themselves and that's the end of my theory

Inᴄᴏᴍᴘᴀʀᴀʙʟᴇ Can I explain the continuation? If yes, here it is. In the beautiful MV, this is where they already have used the time machine and had the chance to change the past. Let's focus on Shownu's solo scenes. Shownu is with the blue flower. The blue flower is locked in in a box. I believe they all decided to locked in all the blue flower that was left after they used it for the time machine. Even the blue chemical is poured inside the box. They believe that the flower is no good even though it revive Hyungwon's life and can heal a person. And we can also see that the members in the MV have each rooms. Hyungwon was walking in the hallway. He is not locked in unlike the other members. It is because Hyungwon is already free from all the problems but based on the lyrics, he is in the middle of temptation(their lovestory). coming back to this 7 years later and i just relived some major nostalgia right now, i wish newer kpop groups were able to pull off these types of storylines and concepts again. the clan theory is CRIMINALLY underrated

They need to make a drama out of this one. Especially, Minhyuk and Hyungwon's story has so much potential. And their chemistry is on point.

My theory: (it's long winded and took a lot of time) At the start of the video minhyuck finds hyungwon hurt, then feeds him the bluebell. (00:11) Hyungwon is a victim of abuse (01:09) Jooheon taunts a soldier as if saying "I dare u to shoot me" (00:56 -trust me this has or might have a connection further on). Minhyuck meets hyungwon who is sitting down with a mask on his face . Uncovering his mask, minhyuck sees hyungwon's bruised face. At the sight of this, minhyuck runs because he is lost, not he is actually running away (01:33) Shownu is poor and needs to pay his fathers hospital bills/operation (01:26 // I don't know which one bills or operation ) Jooheon is running to give shownu the bag that has a gun (01:36 -maybe the gun he pointed at himself in the beginning of the video also I think they being chased because later on jooheon throws that same bag at shownu whilst running away.) Kihyun has the bi-flag on his cheek (painted discreetly can be seen at 02:20 as well Kihyun places his forehead again against changkyuns forehead (02:20 //apparently the flowers potion makes you closer- wonho) minhyuck is seen with a bottle of oil, behind him is changkyun and wonho (02:05 //this bit is important, minhyuck is seen with a gasoline bottle, behind him changkyun and wonho are there, later on I think minhyuck planned to burn hyungwons dads house up because hyungwons dad abuses him and maybe minhyuck and hyungwon are in a relationship and hyungwons dad doesn't like hyungwons sexuality,, so minhyuck decides to burn the house) Shownus dad is dead (02:33 //he is seen putting the flower on his clothes and bed) Shownu burns the money up obviously(02:46 //maybe as there is no use to it?) Kihyun is limping which might be because there's something wrong with his body(03:30 //monsta x points this out and says he has a problem with his body). Hyungwon is dead in the bath tub seemingly it looks like a suicide, meaning that he might have had enough of the abuse and his life. Minhyuck saw that he was dead in the bathtub and pours the flower essence at 03:24 (it's seen that all the members are making this 01:46) Shownu drinks the potion and this may mean he gave up his life to bring his dad back. (03:28) Kihyun has stopped limping and can run and looks happier from before. (03:30) Minhyuck is holding hyungwons hand which moves and minhyuck ma hand is not so that could mean that minhyuck is dead. (03:31 - 03:32) Minhyuck eyes are closed-dead. Changkyuns eyes are open- alive. Shownus eyes are closed- dead. Hyungwons eyes are closed tho even though he should be alive. Jooheons eyes are open-alive. Kihyuns eyes are open too- alive. (03:37 - 03:43) The sign of the door with a cross on it is seen burning, (02:25 and at 02:41) I think it has something to do with the fact that his dad does not like homos? (Please don't kill me please!) Hyungwons dad trying to escape (02:39) also on kihyuns hand there is a flag with a cross (01:53) , also shown as a flag in the beginning; waving around (00:24) I googled the flag meaning and got that: The designer said: "It's a complete rejection, of course, of the red, white, and blue which was borrowed from the French Revolution. You know, equality, democracy, fraternity, you know, liberty." Thus he ignored the facts that the use of these colors in America not only predated that of the France, but also that the Confederate flags, the use which he does not reject, use the same colors, having actually inherited them. (He also ignored the facts that ideals he intends to reject were also those of American Revolution, which predated and largely inspired the French one, and that the Confederacy never rejected them the way he did. Also this might mean that they want freedom? Thanks this took a lot of time to put together whooppp! And it was at 11 pm in the night lmao 🤣🤣🤣 I hope this helps and if y'all want to make an actual theory video then I hope this helps but please give credit sksksk. What's upsetting is that people didn't talk about this enough. This one video alone has showcase so many problems in society, into a small clip that make sense. I hope those who watched this open their minds to every details, the colors of their clothes, the flower represents, and just open your minds to the situation they're portraying and not close it into just one or two key points.
