I was not ready for this! So much to comment on without even knowing what they're saying. Shownu showing us workout tips, Minhyuk giving us super cute close ups, Kihyun with those pull ups! Impressive!, Hyungwon showing us his workout efforts (definitely paying off, that jacket removal!), Jooheon's cute dimples and being a monbebe watching the others doing pull ups, and IM being his ethereal self. Wow I think we all know here how difficult it is for Hyungwon to gain muscle mass so we can only imagine how hard he had to work and how far he has come in only a few months ! I'm sooo proud of him and how he once again shows us how strong he is mentally despite the fandom being used to joking about him being the "weakest member". Another thing I love about all of this is that we know that he wanted to gain weight and that it has always been kind of a struggle for him but he said himself that Changkyun helped him a lot to get into working out and it shows once again how close and strong Monek are (because ofc we know who inspired Kyun in the first place and that they all use the same gym hehe) !
