OK SO I SCREAMED AT THE REALISATION BUT HERE WE GO. At the beginning of the MV, We see In Guk wearing a broken watch. Then he is at a funeral hall, sees Jaehyun, and hides from him. That's when the butterfly crosses his face. In the next cut, we see Jaehyun covering the photo of the deceased and coming out, meeting Inguk, getting his phone number and staying in touch. We understood this much. Later in the workplace scene, we can see that Jaehyun shows his empty hand to Inguk, meaning, he told him that he is divorced. Then we see them two drinking and walking in the tunnel under the train. That's when Inguk decides to be bold and finally confesses his feelings. He hugs him and waits for Jaehyun to hug him back(symbiotically asking him to like him back) which he doesn't. That is it. The actual story ends there. Inguk dies after that incident with Jaehyun under the train in the tunnel. later, When Jaehyun attends Inguk's funeral, he is filled with regret and imagines changing how he behaved towards Inguk when he was still alive. Inguk is no more but Jaehyun still wonders that had he not asked Inguk's number and stayed in touch with him, the tunnel scene and Inguk's death wouldn't have happened. So he imagines not asking Inguk for his phone number after the funeral and just letting him go so that both of them can live. This was the last scene. So, to conclude, Inguk is dead and Jaehyun regrets it so badly that he imagines what-ifs and situations where he could've ignored Inguk and made him live by not staying in touch. He wears Inguk's watch as the last sign of their friendship and continues to live hoping that he could go back in time and just unmeet Inguk. I AM CRYING AS I TYPE THIS. Another possible way of interpreting this is that Inguk was dead from the beginning and it was all Jaehyun's imagination. He knew about his best friend falling for him but couldn't reciprocate the feeling so he didn't do anything. He's feeling guilty cuz he didn't do anything and that's why he imagines a whole scenario of meeting Inguk's soul at his funeral, Imagining him as an existing and alive being ( well, based on how startled Inguk was when Jaehyn offered him a drink whilst sitting beside him. Inguk's reaction was basically "how are you able to see me?") and exchanging contacts with him. The meaning behind him having a Blackberry represents how he is stuck in time and Inguk having an iPhone represents how much Jaehyun wanted Inguk to live so that he is living in the present and utilizing technology just like every person who is alive and living in the moment. So, in conclusion, Inguk is dead and never existed in this MV. Inguk's presence alone was Jaehyun's imagination and he created scenarios. The broken watch that Inguk was wearing says a lot about him being already dead and his soul just lingering around. Jaehyun mends it and keeps it with him as an item of remembrance. This is an alternate interpretation in case anyone disagrees. Either way, it's sad. If you read the entire comment, thanks. Don't be too sad. I hope you have a great day/night :)

I think it is unlikely that two well-known actors do BL, they are usually always new actors who probably do it to gain their way in acting. It would be nice if it happened but I'm not very optimistic about it 💔

1편에 비해서 너무 노골적으로 드러내서 별로라는 의견도 있던데 난 다르게 생각 하는게 이미 서인국 감정은 드러날만큼 드러났고 2편 묘사가 좀 더 직접적이라고 해서 감정선 해칠 일은 없다고 봄.

구릿빛 야성 섹시 짝사랑남 흰피부 귀티 메마른 처연남 음악은 케이윌. 사람들 못 나갈만하다.............

I heard the director of the MV was upset bc he opened the comments and only saw curses and thought everyone hated it. I guess he didn’t understand we only cursed because we were too immersed in the story. This was beautifully done, director. Please do part 3 (I also read the comments in Korean saying they might do it if this one was successful). Let’s make it happen, everyone. Edit: apparently the director explained the MV concept on his Instagram but idk his Instagram so if anyone knows let us know. Seems like it’s a very beautiful concept

All the comments in Korean are asking for part 3 and saying how beautiful this was and how the director did an amazing job. Hope they keep showing them love until they actually make part 3. Fingers crossed. We need an alternative ending 😢

At the beginning we saw Seo looking at Ahn, he was so shocked to see again Ahn and alive. Also, we saw a butterfly flying near Seo. I don’t know if you had played “Life Is Strange”, but everytime the character travelled back in time a butterfly will appear flying near to her. This is the first time he travelled back in time to save Ahn, that’s why he has an iPhone and Ahn a BlackBerry. He is able to travel back in time because of his watch, but now is broken. Seo’s timeline is the one shown in the teaser, that’s why the tease and MV are so different. We can heard in the teaser that Seo is the one saying “I missed you” but in the MV Ahn is the one saying “I missed you”. We can see that in Seo’a timeline (Teaser) he tried to kissed Ahn, but in the new timeline (MV) he decided not to try kissing Ahn. Maybe that fact changed their future, and that’s why Seo travelled back to the past and change is timeline, in order to save Ahn. The “I missed you” from Seo (Teaser) I think he said that once he saw again Ahn back in the past. Seo takes Ahn’place, and is willing to die for his behalf. Before of his death, he gives Ahn his watch. Ahn repairs the watch, and discovers that he is able to travel back in time. He decided to go to their first meeting, after the events of the previous MV (Please don’t) that is their acquaintance’s funeral. In this timeline, Ahn decides not to approach Seo, so he can be alive. Ahn returns to the new timeline and saw Seo, that why he is now saying “I missed you”. We can see that Seo is alive and smoking. Both of them are alive.

둘이 오랜만에 재회했던 거는 맞는거 같음. 가사도 완전 안재현 시점... 아마 나는 너무 자신 있었나봐. 붙잡지도 않았으니까. -> 서인국이 안재현을 떠남 그뒤에 오랜만에 재회했는데 여전히 서인국은 친구 사이에 그냥 가볍게 할 수 있는 포옹도 저렇게 물어보고 절절히 껴안을만큼 안재현을 좋아함. 그리고 홀로 남아 마음을 자각해버린 안재현에게 남은 한마디가 -> 보고싶었어. 아마 "보고싶었어" 는 사랑한다고 말할수 없었던 서인국이 안재현에게 할 수 있었던 가장 큰 애정표현의 말이 아니었을까.

Wait now I realise, why the first scene where seo in guk see ahn jaehyun theres a white butterfly fly around him, it means in guk was already dead (he's a ghost). Andd the suit jaehyun wear doesn't have any stripes in the arm (which is usually used by the family, soo it's clearly not Dasom funeral). Then jaehyun's phone is blackberry, this means that In Guk died many years ago, maybe not long after jaehyun's wedding day in please don't mv. But still we didn't see the ending will really come this way 😭😭 Another trauma unlocked

Saw a theory where this is the case!!! In the beginning, Inguk is shown to have a broken watch, but at the end, Ahn Jaehyun was wearing a working one + in the last scene where Inguk was smoking, we hear the sound of a watch ticking.

I like to think that they drifted apart after the wedding, but they rekindled their friendship after meeting at a funeral. But then their relationship crossed a line, and Jaehyun wasn't sure how he felt. After Inguk hugged him in the tunnel and walked away, he didn't stop him, hence why he was alone. Then Inguk died. Jaehyun who finally realized his feelings, turned back time. This time he called out when Inguk walked away and so he didn't die 😭

다른 데서 봤는데 난 이게 찐인거같다. 사실 안재현이 먼저 죽었던 거고 시계로 타임리프하는 서인국이 안재현 살리고 자기가 대신 죽은 거임. 그래서 안재현 폰이 옛날 폰이었던 거고 서인국이 안재현한테 시계 넘기고 대신 떠나기 전에 처음이자 마지막으로 한번만 안아봐도 되냐고 고백한거. 그리고 서인국이 죽고 나서 모든 사실을 알게 된 안재현도 서인국 살리려고 타임리프를 하는 거고. 마지막 보고싶었어도 살린 직후에 하는 말 같음.
